Is it worth restoring, or better to rebuild?
It depends on the condition of the house. After the visit we explain what we found so you can make an informed decision.
Do you deal with damp?
Yes. We look for the cause (roof, walls, ground) before repairing, so the problem doesn’t come back.
Does restoration need planning permission?
Some work needs a design and approval from the local council. We tell you what applies, and we can work with your architect.
